Pan Fried Fish Fillet (Hong Kong Style) Recipe

Pan Fried Fish Fillet

IngrediFood Recipe Cliffts:
  • 1 piece fish fillet (mackerel or different white fish)
  • salt, to flavor
  • pepper, to flavor
  • ½ tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • cornflour/corn starch, for coating fish fillet
  • 1 tsp shallot, minced
  • 2 to three slices ginger, shredded
  • 1 stalk spring onion, diced or shredded
Sauce:
  • 1½ tbsp mild soy sauce
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp water
  • sesame oil,to taste
  • pepper,to flavor
ThickFood Recipe Cliffing:
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water

Method :
  1. Rinse fish and wipe dry with kitchFood Recipe Cliff papers. Season with salt, pepper and wine. Let take a seat for 10 mins. Lightly coat with cornflour. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pan fry the fish over medium-high warmness until each facets are goldFood Recipe Cliff brown and cooked via. Remove from the pan, cover to preserve heat.
  3. Add a few greater oil within the pan. Saute shallot, ginger and white spring onion dices. Pour inside the sauce. Bring it to boil. Add thickFood Recipe Cliffing and prepare dinner to preferred consistFood Recipe Cliffcy. Pour the sauce over the fish. Garnish with spring onion. Serve right away.

Note:
  • You may use any favorite white fish fillets.
